Visiting Chena Hot Springs. There is something unique about visiting an outdoor hot springs located 60 miles from downtown Fairbanks. In the summer, there are ATV tours, horseback riding, geothermal tours, flightseeing and the ice museum. In the winter, activities include dogsledding, ice sculpting, aurora viewing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides. There is so much to do and you can easily spend a couple nights here.
